Delivery Conditions & Limitations

To help ensure successful delivery, please review the following conditions:
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Lucy Lunas is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customers.
  • P.O. Boxes: Standard Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available where supported by the shipping carrier.
  • Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned because they were unclaimed may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
  • Address Changes: Shipping addresses cannot be modified after an order has entered processing.
  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Lucy Lunas is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to submit a claim.

  • Shipping label
  • All packing materials
